If you have trouble reading the word in the security field, simply click the regenerate button(two arrows icon) for a new challenge.

Once the form is submitted successfully, a copy of all your records will then be sent to your email address. The file is a tab delimited text file. This file can be opened by any spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc. If you wish you can simply view the file in a text editor such as notepad.
